Past event: ASEAN PharmNET 2015
The First International Conference on Pharmacy Education and Research Network of ASEAN (ASEAN PharmNET I) was held during December 2nd - 4th, 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand, in conjunction with 11 prestigious pharmacy schools in ASEAN.
The theme of the ASEAN PharmNET I Conference is “Harmonizing the Diversity of Pharmacy Profession in the Era of AEC”. The goal of this conference is to create the platform where the participants from ASEAN pharmacy schools could share knowledge and experiences in pharmacy education and research which will hopefully lead to the benefits of ASEAN pharmacy community altogether. The Conference will focus on recent advances in pharmacy education as well as research related to all disciplines of Pharmaceutical Sciences, where oral and poster presentations will be delivered by participants. One of the most exciting topics would be the education system and curriculum where they share the resources and move forward together. Furthermore, a section designated as “Student Forum” has been added to encourage undergraduate/graduate students to present their thoughts and ideas toward pharmacy education in an international environment. In addition to the full scientific programs, all participants will have an opportunity to network among colleagues while enjoying the cuisine, culture, and warm hospitality at Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner in the evening of December 3rd. The venue, Landmark Hotel, is perfectly located next to Nana Sky train Station and within easy access to popular shopping areas and tourist attractions. By Assoc.
